U NOVOTNÝCH is situated in calmer part of Špindlerův Mlýn (2,5km from the centre of the town). We are located 800m above the sea level. Tourist trails, mountain bike and cross-country ski trails are at the reach of one´s hand.

We are right on a ski slope that is equipped with 3 seat ski lift and snow cannons.

• Parking for our guests is provided for free of charge on our car park all year through. Snow chains are a must-have during winter season!
• We offer both one week stays and weekend stays throughout the year.
